A public program sought help to migrate one of their programs from legacy infrastructure to Salesforce. This build laid the foundation for the transition by creating scalable CRM architecture, custom Salesforce API interfaces, and program-specific automations and calculators. Every level of Salesforce was customized to deliver the final solution, from Apex Triggers and custom Classes to Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning pages.

HubSpot Calling Extension Dialer
Individuals were able to upload photos of legal letters via SMS or web chat, and using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) our application determined the letter type and asked the individual to respond to a series of follow-up questions. This helped expedite the handling of their cases and eased call volume for our client.

This React / NodeJS application allows HubSpot users to make click-to-dial outbound calls from the HubSpot CRM using Five9 as the softphone. It creates basic call engagement records in HubSpot after a call is dispositioned.
